Barely a year after their first EP, "Sigh of Relief", Le Cast are back. Aztec Records has set for November 19th the release of their second EP entitled "Lucid Dream" which promises to be a trip through an alternate dimension of consciousness, often beautiful, sometimes disturbing.
The Tuscan duo formed by Matteo Porro (Dj Wallace) and William Stuart is based in Tuscany (Italy), in a small town surrounded by nature where the rhythms are slow and where there’s always inspiration. A common passion for the sounds and imagery of the 80’s was the trigger that allowed this duo to get together and set up the Le Cast project.
Listening to the five tracks of the EP you have the feeling of being thrown into the living room of our childhood, right on that old sofa where time has stopped and the only thing that moves are the images of the TV turned on.
For Lucid Dream they collaborated with the multi-instrumentalist Andrea Pinsuti and the producer Vincenzo Salvia, while for the Artwork they relied on the expert hands of graphic designer Alessandro Strickner.
The final result is an articulate and powerful work that builds on the previous experience making Le Cast move a step into the future!
